Tamika Tremaglio is a global C-Suite leader with more than 30 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies and organizations in the professional services, sports, media, and entertainment industries. Known for her strategic vision and ability to drive transformational change, Tamika has consistently delivered results across multiple domains, from finance and regulatory matters to leadership development and brand growth having served as the Former Executive Director, National Basketball Players Association, Board Chair & CEO, Think 450 and the Managing Principal of Deloitte’s Greater Washington practice.
As Executive Director of the NBPA, Tamika led the negotiation of a historic $50 billion Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), completed within 18 months. This groundbreaking agreement includes provisions for NBPA investments in NBA teams through private equity, advancing the union's mission of creating generational wealth for its members. As Managing Principal of Deloitte’s Greater Washington practice, Tamika led 17,000 professionals across 23 offices, overseeing a revenue base exceeding $3 billion.
Currently, Tamika is the Managing Partner of TA Sports Ventures where she is providing strategic advice to sovereigns, private sector, venture, and sports organizations seeking to optimize their global strategies in sports.
Tamika has received numerous accolades, including being named to Sports Illustrated’s Power List 2023, recognized as Most Influential in Sports Business in 2022 and Washingtonian’s Most Powerful Women in Washington in 2019 and 2021; among others. Additionally, Tamika has served as a Director on the board of over 20 organizations, including Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation as Treasurer and Chair of their audit committee, Tuskegee University as a member of the Executive Committee, Mount St. Mary’s University (her alma mater), CalvertHealth Foundation, and the SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
She earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of MD School of Law where she currently serves as Chairman of the Board, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore.
She has been married for 28 years to Greg Tremaglio and has two sons, Rocque and Reece.
